Day to day you would support a bistro restaurant, and the calendar is full of weddings, conferences, functions and live music events. The employer is after 2+ years' experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
- Help design inspiring menus, both for the bistro and for event packages
- Lead the kitchen team and manage it within KPIs
- Support the hiring of new talent, develop the existing team and build a positive working environment
- Manage food quality, portion control and presentation
- Oversee bistro service from start to finish
- Plan and run every regular function and event
Requirements & Eligibility
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role
- High emotional intelligence
- Strong skills in people management
- Proven experience managing a fast-paced, multifaceted kitchen that covers many types of work
- Attention to detail together with quality control
- Understanding of costing and profits
- Strong skills in organising and planning
