Terms of Use
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms set out how you may use JobsAbroad Malaysia at jobsabroad.my. They form a legal agreement between you and Red Migration FZC. We have kept them as short and readable as we can, so please give them a few minutes.
1. Accepting these terms
Using JobsAbroad Malaysia in any way, whether reading a guide, browsing jobs or sending an application, means you accept these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Cookie Policy. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
"We", "us" and "our" refer to Red Migration FZC, 108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which owns and operates JobsAbroad Malaysia. "You" refers to any person using the site.
2. What's on the site
- Jobs in Australia and New Zealand with employer visa sponsorship. Anyone may apply; our pages are written with Malaysian workers in mind.
- Visa guides that summarise what official government sources publish.
- Articles and, from time to time, short videos about working overseas.
- Quick buttons to apply by email, chat with us on WhatsApp and follow our WhatsApp channel for new jobs.
You can use all of it without creating an account.
3. Using the site fairly
- You need to be at least 18 to apply for a job through JobsAbroad Malaysia.
- You are welcome to read, print and share our pages for your own job search or to help family and friends with theirs.
- Republishing our job listings on another site, or selling them or access to them, needs our permission in writing.
- Your device, internet connection and mobile data costs are your own responsibility.
- We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site, or any job, at any time and without notice.
4. Job ads
Employers supply their vacancies to us through the Red Migration FZC network. We show the role, requirements, salary and conditions as the employer gave them to us, and the employer may update or withdraw a job at any time. Closed jobs come down after their closing date, though a position can be filled earlier. We are careful when we publish, but we cannot promise that every ad is complete, accurate or still open, so double-check anything important before acting on it.
5. Sending an application
- It comes from you. Apply by email prepares a message to jobs@jobsabroad.my in your own email app, and it only leaves when you send it.
- Questions welcome. You can message us on WhatsApp about any job before you apply.
- Be honest. Your resume, certificates, references and other papers must be genuine, current and yours to share. Forged or altered documents are a serious breach of these terms.
- Where it goes. We may pass your application to the employer for the job you applied for. No other employer receives it unless you agree. See the Privacy Policy for more.
Before you make plans around a job or visa, please read our Disclaimer.
6. Things you must not do
- give false or misleading details, or apply using someone else's identity;
- scrape the site, bulk-copy listings or collect them with automated tools;
- try to get into the admin page, probe for weaknesses, overload our servers or get around our rate limits;
- introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code;
- impersonate Red Migration FZC, an employer or anyone else;
- use the site, our email address or our WhatsApp number to send spam, harass people or run scams;
- break the law in any other way.
If you do any of these, we may block your IP address, set your application aside, stop replying to you and, in serious cases, inform the authorities. If a claim or loss against us results from your breach or from false information you gave, you agree to pay our reasonable costs.
7. Our content and brand
The JobsAbroad Malaysia name, design, guides and articles belong to Red Migration FZC or are used with permission. Employers may own the text of their job ads, and creators may own their videos. Please ask us in writing before republishing any of it. Linking to our pages is always fine.
8. Services we don't run
Some features depend on other companies. Chats and our job channel run on WhatsApp (Meta) under WhatsApp's terms, and videos play through YouTube (Google) under YouTube's terms. The other websites we link to, Build AI CV, Talent Tabloid and Skills Assessment Australia, have their own terms and policies that apply when you visit them. We cannot answer for whether WhatsApp, YouTube, share buttons or government websites are available, or for what they show or do.
9. Our liability
To the fullest extent the law permits:
- the site is offered "as is" and "as available", without any promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free;
- we are not liable for loss caused by relying on a job ad, guide, article or anything an employer tells you;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost earnings or missed chances, or for the acts and decisions of employers, immigration authorities or services we do not run.
Nothing here removes rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.
10. When the site is unavailable
Maintenance, problems at our providers, network faults or security work can make JobsAbroad Malaysia unavailable now and then, and a job page can vanish once the role closes or is withdrawn. If a job is important to you, save its title, link and closing date somewhere of your own.
11. If part of these terms is invalid
Should a court find any part of these terms unenforceable, that part is limited only as much as necessary and the rest remains in force. If we delay or do not enforce a term, we keep the right to enforce it later. These terms and the policies they mention are the entire agreement about your use of the site.
12. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute connected with them or with JobsAbroad Malaysia, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any such dispute.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top when we do. Carrying on using the site after that date means you accept the new version.
