Under one roof the club has several food and drink outlets, a venue for events and functions, and a sports bar. In practice you will help the head chef keep service efficient, follow the Food Safety Act and the club's food safety system, and keep food quality steady and high in every outlet. Bistro cooking experience is desirable, so mention it if you have it.
Next, the terms. The job starts as casual work, and after an agreeable trial period the employer will consider sponsorship for the right applicant. You must have Australian work rights at the time of application.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Three years' commercial kitchen experience as the minimum
- Bistro cuisine experience desirable
- Excellent at communicating and working with people
- Honest and dependable, with a positive outlook on service excellence
- A team player who can multitask and keep working well under pressure
- Time management is essential, and so is a neat, tidy, well-presented appearance at all times
- You must hold Australian work authorisation when you apply
