Thinking about kerja luar negara in hospitality management? A well-known hotel in a famous coastal location in Western Australia, near the city of Bunbury, wants a Duty Manager to look after its busy restaurant.

The useful thing to know is how wide the role is. You would lead the front-of-house team during service and keep things smooth with the kitchen, but you would also manage stock and ordering, staff rosters and training, cash and daily transactions, and keep a close watch on cost of goods and payroll. Next step: think of real examples of each before you apply.

The job is full-time and permanent, and you must be available on evenings, weekends, school holidays and public holidays. Sponsorship is considered for the right candidate.
