Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook every day for the café, functions and catering

Requirements & Eligibility
- A minimum of 12 months' previous experience as a Chef in a café, restaurant or commercial kitchen
- Strong food preparation, cooking and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
- Able to manage time effectively
- Able to work under pressure during busy service periods
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude, reliability and pride in delivering quality food
