Requirements & Eligibility
- 2+ years in a high-volume restaurant or production kitchen environment
- Certificate III in Patisserie, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in viennoiserie is highly regarded
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen
- Positive and team-focused in attitude
- Flexible for day, night, weekend and public holiday work
- A genuine passion for quality ingredients
- A genuine passion for creative execution
- Strong technical pastry skills and sharp attention to detail
- Currently living in Australia
