Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold a current NZ Duty Manager Certificate (LCQ + Manager's Certificate), or willing to obtain
- Prior experience as a hospitality manager or supervisor
- Great communication
- Great leadership and problem-solving
- A strong, working understanding of host responsibility and alcohol compliance
- A positive and proactive mindset, especially under pressure
