Lodge Manager / General Manager

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Invercargill, New Zealand · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored

Hotel and resort leaders in Malaysia, here is a kerja luar negara opening at the top end of hospitality. A boutique luxury lodge beside a national park, in New Zealand's southern South Island, is hiring a Lodge Manager / General Manager.

Restoration is finished, and guests return from 1 December 2026. The lodge starts with ten suites, two log cabins and a four-bedroom house for single-group bookings, then adds nine suites in October 2027. The whole property covers about 32 hectares.

Expect a practical mix of hosting and management. You will greet guests, serve the opening drink beside the fireplace and guide staff through dinner, while also handling the budget, the roster and the estate, with wide freedom to decide and direct contact with the owners.

Candidates in New Zealand, Australia and other countries may apply, and the owners will consider visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Your next useful step is an English CV that shows the properties you have managed, the teams you have trained and the budgets you have controlled. Draft your resort manager CV with Build AI CV and tailor it to this lodge.
