The role is full-time and long-term. You would oversee day-to-day operations, lead and train the bar and front-of-house team, look after customers, and manage stock, cash and opening and closing. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day bar and venue operations
- Lead the bar and front-of-house staff
- Supervise and train the team
- Keep customer service standards excellent
- Manage stock control and ordering
- Track inventory
- Handle cash management and opening and closing procedures
- Keep the venue in line with RSA, liquor licensing and workplace safety requirements
- Support rostering, staff performance, cost control and functions, events and promotions
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years' hospitality experience at management or supervisory level, relevant to the role
- Strong leadership skills and strong communication skills
- Experience in a busy pub or tavern
- A current RSA certificate and WA Approved Manager accreditation, or willingness to obtain the accreditation
- Willing and able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Reliable and professional, with the ability to work independently
