You will work in an open kitchen next to a lively bar, in a casual venue by the beach. The opening menu of grilled steaks, seafood and house-made sauces is still taking shape, so your creativity will directly influence what guests eat. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the kitchen's operations fully and lead its team
- Finalise the launch menu and continue to develop it
- Recruit, train and inspire a high-performing kitchen team, and keep service high in quality, consistent and efficient
- Look after ordering, food cost, prep systems and supplier relationships
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef with 5+ years in fast-paced venues
