Thinking about kerja luar negara in New Zealand? A Queenstown vehicle rental branch is taking on a Customer Service / Groomer, and the grooming is done on vehicles. You clean the hire fleet and prepare each one for its next booking, so do not confuse it with pet grooming.
Next, look at the service side. You speak with business, commercial and recreational travellers, handle queries over the phone, recommend transport options and draft quotes and contracts. In a small, hardworking team, plan on helping with whatever the branch needs that day.
It is permanent full-time work of 40 hours per week by roster, and the branch trades 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday plus Saturday mornings to 1.00pm. Finally, understand the sponsorship terms. The employer would ideally recruit suitable and available NZ workers, but as an Accredited Employer with Immigration NZ it can consider candidates who require a work visa if such an appointment cannot be made.

Key Responsibilities
- Take phone calls and advise customers on sales
- Provide quotes
- Create contracts and complete transactions for customers
- Coordinate vehicles for delivery or pick-up and handle the delivery or pick-up
- Manage office administration
- Keep customer accounts maintained
- Groom the branch's vehicle and rental fleet so that it stays at the highest standards
- Check that all necessary compliance checks have been carried out
- Help identify repair and maintenance issues and escalate them, and manage maintenance and damages as required
Requirements & Eligibility
- Full Class 1 Driver Licence (an overseas equivalent also counts)
- Computer skills at basic to intermediate level
- Customer-facing service experience from previous work, ideally in the vehicle rental industry but not essential
- Grooming experience from previous work is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and excellent customer service skills
- A confident manner on the phone
- Excellent time management skills and great attention to detail
