Key Responsibilities
- Make regular client site visits to stay present and reliable
- Fill high-volume job orders efficiently for clients
- Plan rosters for employees that fit client requirements
- Serve clients well with proactive liaison and careful account management
- Manage on-boarding, performance management and terminations for employees
- Handle payroll questions and work health and safety (WHS) issues raised by employees
- Build trusted relationships with clients and casual employees and help create a positive, collaborative environment
- Finish the administrative tasks that support operations
Requirements & Eligibility
- Sales or customer relationship management experience is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management
- A confident, friendly phone manner and a positive attitude
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Computer literate, with proficiency in relevant systems
- Can thrive in a small, highly efficient team
- Holds a valid driver's licence
- Has reliable transport
