Hospitality · Bunbury, WA, Australia · Full-Time · $100,000 - $110,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only
Here is a kitchen leadership role with a hotel group in regional Western Australia, south of Perth. Its two long-running hotels stay busy all year, and the group needs a seasoned chef to manage one of the kitchens.
On the menu are modern Australian pub classics taken up a level and Italian-inspired plates, cooked with fresh produce from the area. The title on offer, Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, follows your experience, skills and career goals. Management will coach you at the start, and then you can take over more of the kitchen.
Now for the basics. The role is full-time and salaried, with 38 ordinary hours weekly plus reasonable extra hours where applicable, and it is open to applicants already based in Australia with work rights. Down the track, the employer may consider sponsorship for suitable candidates if eligibility, business needs and immigration rules allow; it backs more than 10 team members like this now.
