A Head Chef role has opened in Perth, Western Australia, at a busy café beside the river. The café needs a Senior Chef or Kitchen Lead who can look after the whole kitchen and keep it running well.
Because the menu covers breakfast and lunch only, your shifts are during the day with no evening work. Being able to work weekends is essential for this role.
You would guide the kitchen staff, keep the food consistent and well presented, and manage costing, wastage, ordering and stock.
