Duty Manager

Hospitality · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · $80,000 - $85,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored
Looking at kerja luar negara in hospitality? Here is a practical one: a well-established Sydney pub is hiring a full-time Duty Manager. The pub has loyal regulars and consistent trade across bar, gaming, sport, events and guest rooms, so expect busy, varied shifts. A useful first step is to compare your own shift leadership with that mix.
Each shift is yours to own, and you will help with front-of-house and back-of-house work alike. The wider hotel group behind the pub puts governance, clear standards and leader development first, and there is room to progress within it. An experienced Duty Manager would fit, and so would a senior supervisor ready to step up. Sponsorship is available.
