Key Responsibilities
- Shape the culture, standards and rhythm of the new restaurant together with the management team
- Lead front of house in the dining room

Requirements & Eligibility
- Management experience in hospitality at Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager level
- Deep care for quality, provenance and genuinely welcoming hospitality, plus commitment to building and leading a new team
