The new owners want enthusiastic, innovative and aspirational cooks or chefs. They plan to renovate across the hotel, add entertainment and turn the place into a lively neighbourhood and sports venue with a strong food menu, with lunch and dinner served daily in several areas.
Shifts are casual. Expect lunch and dinner on Monday and Tuesday and lunch or dinner on Saturday and Sunday, with more hours as business grows. If you can start immediately, you will be strongly preferred. The venue may be able to offer sponsorship opportunities to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve fresh, modern pub food to a steady, high standard
- Maintain quality, presentation and service standards for every dish
- Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Keep to food safety, hygiene and compliance standards and work as part of a positive, supportive kitchen team
Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience in a commercial kitchen, and confident working a busy service
- Reliable, punctual and with a great attitude
- Able to work on your own while following the Head Chef's direction
- Proud of producing quality, consistent food, and someone who enjoys modern pub food and fresh produce
- Works well under pressure and in a team, with positive energy and a strong team attitude
- Flexible to work lunch, dinner and weekend services
