Requirements & Eligibility
- A trade qualification with at least 12 months of relevant experience, or at least 3 years of relevant experience if you do not hold a trade qualification
- Experience in budgets and menu development within your area of expertise
- You follow direction and maintain high standards
- You enjoy fast-paced hospitality and have a genuine passion for food
- You are keen to learn, develop and grow professionally, and you bring strong teamwork and communication skills
- A guest-first mindset, pride in your craft and flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
