In this role you prepare and cook food to a high standard with the senior chefs guiding the kitchen. Services move fast, and the aim is a memorable experience for guests. You can contribute to budgets and menu development in the area you are best at. The roster rotates across weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard while senior chefs guide the kitchen

Requirements & Eligibility
- A trade qualification with at least 12 months of relevant experience, or at least 3 years of relevant experience if you are not trade qualified
- Experience handling budgets and menu development within your area of expertise
- Comfortable following direction and keeping high standards
- Enthusiastic about fast-paced hospitality and passionate about food
- Open to learning, developing and growing professionally
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A guest-first mindset and pride in your craft
- Flexible for a rotating roster, weekends and public holidays included
