Key Responsibilities
- Give clinical and personal care of a high standard in each client's home
- Record visits on digital systems, keep care plans accurate and talk confidently with clients, relatives and the healthcare team

Requirements & Eligibility
- A current driver's licence, plus a reliable vehicle
- AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse positions)
- Current first aid and CPR
- Strong people (interpersonal) and communication skills, along with confidence using digital systems for care notes and staying in touch
- A background in nursing or home care is preferred, though not essential
