A growing aged care provider in Darwin, NT, is hiring full-time Registered Nurses for its community aged care service. This could be a practical next step for your nursing career.
Each day you will assess residents, plan their care, give medicines, look after wounds and keep clinical notes. You will work in a multidisciplinary team, with senior clinicians mentoring you.
The role is for candidates who are already in Australia and have Australian work rights. Employer sponsorship is available to eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Run clinical assessments and develop a care plan for each resident
- Give medication, provide wound care and keep clinical records up to date
- Monitor residents' health, respond to changing needs and support their physical, emotional and social wellbeing
- Work with multidisciplinary teams on safe, quality care while advocating for residents and good clinical outcomes
Requirements & Eligibility
- AHPRA registration (current) as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant qualifications in nursing
- Previous work experience in community aged care
- Strong abilities in clinical assessment and in care planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current Australian driver's licence and Australian working rights
