Key Responsibilities
- Give clinical and personal care to clients at home
- Write careful notes, update each care plan and talk openly with clients, relatives and the health team
- Support safety, dignity and wellbeing every time you meet a client
Requirements & Eligibility
- A current driver's licence, plus a reliable vehicle
- Nursing registration (Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse positions)
- First aid and CPR certificates
- Strong people skills (interpersonal) and strong communication, along with computer literacy for typing care notes online and staying in touch
- A background in nursing or home care is preferred, though it is not essential
