Requirements & Eligibility
- AHPRA registration (current) and a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
- At least 2 years of nursing experience, ideally with aged care included
- Good knowledge of aged care legislation and the Aged Care Quality Standards
- An understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
- Strong clinical knowledge of ageing and age-related health conditions, and confidence to coach, mentor and support care staff
- Strong communication, conflict-resolution and emotional-intelligence skills, a positive and collaborative approach, and competent IT skills
