Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality clinical care using each resident's care plan
- Keep track of residents' health and respond when their condition changes
- Give medications and keep clinical documentation accurate
- Support care staff and guide them to high standards
- Communicate well with residents, families and the healthcare team

Requirements & Eligibility
- A Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Aged care experience is highly regarded
- Strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills, with a compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
