You would report to the Human Resources Group Manager and manage the flow of hiring, mobilisation and onboarding for staff joining from within Australia and overseas. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate hiring from the job advertisement through screening and interviews to the offer
- Support mobilisation of new staff, including visa coordination, documents and onboarding
- Help arrange travel and moving plans, working with migration providers on visa processes
- Look after accurate hiring records and systems for compliance and reports
- Partner with hiring managers so you understand the workforce they need
- Give applicants, employees and stakeholders a high level of service and follow policy, legislation and best practice in all hiring and mobilisation
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hands-on experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, mobilisation or a similar role
- A strong eye for detail
- Excellent organisational habits
- Managing multiple priorities without missing deadlines
- Clear, strong communication and good stakeholder management
- Customer focus when it comes to the candidate experience
- Understanding of HR systems, compliance requirements and recruitment processes
