Heavy Diesel Mechanic

Onshore applicants only

Visa sponsorship

Automotive · Perth, WA, Australia · Full-Time · $55/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only

If you are already working in Australia with current Australian working rights, this Heavy Diesel Mechanic job in Perth is worth a close look. A family-owned transport and tourism company in Western Australia runs the workshop and a diverse fleet of coaches and buses.

Your main task is keeping that fleet safe, reliable and presentable. That means servicing, modifying, diagnosing and repairing vehicles, plus some occasional work at other WA locations.

Bus or coach experience is highly regarded, not essential, so do not hold back if your background is in other heavy diesel fleets. Employer sponsorship is available for suitably qualified applicants. You can work casual or full-time, with hours and shifts agreed at interview. Applications close on 21 November 2026.

Your next useful step is a tidy English CV. List your trade qualification, the heavy vehicles you have serviced, your licence classes and any high risk work licences, so the employer sees your fit fast. Tidy up a coach and bus mechanic CV using Build AI CV.
