If you are ready to lead your own kitchen, a respected and growing hospitality group has a Head Chef opening at its waterfront restaurant of around 80 seats. The menu is modern Australian with bold flavours, served as small and share plates and prepared in-house from local produce.
Day to day, you develop the menus with the owner, build and train your team and lead the pass during busy service. It is a full-time job on a 38-hour week. Both head chefs and senior sous chefs ready for a first head chef role can apply, and visa sponsorship is open for discussion for the right person.
