Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Must be staying in Australia right now with full work rights (PR, citizen, partner visa, 482 visa or 485 graduate visa)
- Hands-on Registered Nurse experience in Australia, ideally 1 year or more
- Excellent communication in writing and in speech
- Solid problem solving under pressure
- Able to delegate duties to match each shift skill mix
- Keen to take on leadership responsibilities
