Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements, then write the technical specifications and software designs that capture them
- Design, develop and maintain software applications, coding in Node.js, C++, C#/.NET and Python
- Develop AI functionality and integrate it, using large language models together with frameworks such as LangGraph, Flowise and LangChain
- Build and evaluate machine learning models, including models for regression, anomaly detection, classification and predictive analysis
- Apply image processing, natural language processing and sentiment analysis techniques to relevant applications, and perform model training, data preprocessing, performance optimisation and feature selection
- Develop database integrations and APIs so that software systems communicate, and check your work with unit and integration testing
- Identify defects and implement corrective changes, review code, and maintain the reliability, performance, security and quality of the software
- Prepare testing records, technical specifications and system documentation, and maintain them as the software changes
Requirements & Eligibility
- Holders of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field, or applicants with equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years' experience in software work, covering design, development, testing and maintenance
- Strong programming skills in Python, together with experience in Node.js or C#/.NET
- Practical experience with frameworks used for AI or machine learning, such as Keras, scikit-learn or TensorFlow
- Experience developing APIs
- Experience working with SQL databases
- Understanding of debugging, version control, software architecture and testing practices
- Familiarity with Scrum or Agile development methodologies
- Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to contribute effectively within a team and to work independently
- Desirable: experience of Flowise, LangGraph, LangChain or other LLM integration tools
