Key Responsibilities
- Run financial control and day-to-day fund operations, and help with compliance.
- Review and oversee outsourced providers' work, covering fund administration, property accounting and tax advisers.
- Lead the financial reporting, including NAV calculations, cashflow forecasting and financing arrangements.
- Work with internal finance and compliance teams, investment partners where needed, external Accountants & Auditors and Bankers.
Requirements & Eligibility
- CA/CPA qualified, with relevant client experience from the funds or property sector as an FM or Senior FM.
- Excellent communication; written and verbal skills.
- A strong work ethic, showing initiative and a proactive, positive approach.
