Perth early learning centres want educators who keep children safe and curious in equal measure. This role sits with a growing organisation that puts child safety, family connection and professional development first.
You would run play-based learning, observe and record how each child is progressing and work with Room Leaders and the wider team in line with EYLF V2.0 and/or MTOP. Sponsorship is available for suitable and eligible candidates, subject to applicable requirements and successful completion of probation.

Key Responsibilities
- Care for children in a responsive, engaging way that supports how they learn and grow
- Build trust with children, families and fellow educators, and keep your communication with families and colleagues professional
- Help run play-based programs and everyday learning experiences, supporting curriculum delivery through EYLF V2.0 and/or MTOP
- Notice what each child enjoys, does well and needs next, and respond to it
- Observe children, write up what you see and reflect on their progress
- Nurture confidence, independence, participation and belonging
- Set up learning spaces that are inclusive, stimulating and well organised
- Team up with Room Leaders and the wider education team
- Practise sound child safety, supervision, health and hygiene
- Meet the legislation, regulations, policies and service procedures that apply
- Contribute to quality improvement and service development, and help keep the workplace respectful, accountable and positive
Requirements & Eligibility
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification
- Some experience in an early childhood education setting
- Working with Children Check that is current
- First Aid and CPR certification that is current
- Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management training that is current
- Child protection and national child safety training that is relevant
- A working understanding of EYLF V2.0 and/or MTOP
- Familiarity with the legislation and regulatory requirements for Australian early childhood education
- Clear verbal and written communication
- A responsible, professional attitude to the safety and wellbeing of children
- Ability to form positive relationships with children and families and to work well in a collaborative team
- Dedication to professional standards and continuous improvement
- Willingness to complete all required employment, compliance and suitability checks
