Requirements & Eligibility
- Degree in Building Surveying (UK), Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- 3+ years' experience in building consultancy, surveying or property advisory
- Strong inspection, investigation and problem-solving skills
- Prepares clear, concise and technically robust reports, and is confident engaging with clients and industry professionals
- MRICS or similar professional accreditation (or working towards it) is highly regarded
