A growing Queensland business is looking for a Venue Manager who can do more than run a roster. In Brisbane, you would be a hands-on leader who sets service standards, coaches the team, watches the numbers and keeps the venue moving at pace on busy nights.

Key Responsibilities
- Step in hands-on during busy service periods
- Guide and motivate staff, supporting onboarding, training, coaching and development
- Coordinate rosters and staffing levels for efficient operations
- Monitor stock, ordering and inventory processes
- Keep cleanliness, presentation and organisation at a strong standard
- Deal with customer concerns professionally and put practical fixes in place
- Track business performance, contribute to sales and growth ideas, and support cost control and responsible use of venue resources
- Build a workplace culture based on teamwork, accountability and respect, and ensure compliance with health, safety and food safety procedures
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, restaurant or venue management
- Proven ability to lead and develop a hospitality team
- Experience managing the operations of a busy venue, with a confident, hands-on leadership style
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to stay organised and effective during busy periods
- Experience with rostering, staff coordination and inventory management
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Able to contribute to sales performance and operational targets
