A Melbourne aged care home is looking for an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse ready to lead. As Team Leader you would steer care staff through each shift, coordinate resident care with the nursing and clinical team, and help keep residents' days dignified, respectful and kind. Hours are permanent, full-time or part-time.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead safe, respectful and person-centred care, and supervise and guide care staff during allocated shifts
- Coordinate resident care in your assigned area and work with nursing and clinical colleagues to keep care continuous
- Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing, with care that fits their needs, preferences and goals
- Administer and support medication-related tasks within your authorised scope of practice
- Monitor nutrition and hydration needs, and take part in pressure care management and other clinical care
- Keep care documentation accurate and use the workplace systems and technology for care delivery
- Keep communication in the care team clear and effective
- Follow health and safety requirements and high standards of infection prevention and control
- Help build a supportive, professional, resident-focused workplace culture
Requirements & Eligibility
- Diploma of Enrolled Nursing, or another recognised equivalent
- Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
- Authorised to give medication within the relevant professional scope
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain one
- Evidence of your professional qualifications and registration
- Integrity, reliability and professional accountability
- Clear, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to supervise, guide and support other care staff
- Committed to compassionate, person-centred aged care
- Understands workplace health and safety practices and knows infection prevention and control procedures
- Comfortable with relevant technology and workplace information systems
- Keen to keep learning and developing professionally
- Previous residential aged care experience will be highly regarded
