Key Responsibilities
- Play an active part in daily kitchen production and service, keeping workflow efficient before, during and after service
- Cook modern dishes with a range of established techniques, backed by sound technical knowledge
- Hold preparation and presentation to a consistent standard, checking dishes meet the required quality
- Handle prep, mise en place and general kitchen operations
- Work alongside the kitchen team to meet service requirements
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures, keeping work areas clean, organised and safe

Requirements & Eligibility
- Recognised Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, or equivalent
- 1–3 years of relevant professional kitchen experience
- Practical cooking skills shown in a commercial environment
- Sound understanding of varied cooking techniques and preparation methods
- Awareness of food safety, hygiene and OH&S requirements
- Capable of producing quality food consistently in a busy kitchen
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Reliable, professional and well-presented
- Collaborative and clear communication with kitchen staff
- Availability for a flexible 7-day and evening roster
