A permanent, full-time Senior Shotcreter position is open in Sydney with a specialist ground support team. You would operate shotcrete equipment, deliver quality applications and work safely in complex ground engineering settings, alongside anchoring and drilling crews on stabilisation projects where accuracy and consistency count.

Key Responsibilities
- Run the shotcrete machinery and equipment used for specialist ground support
- Get surfaces ready and spray shotcrete to the project specification
- Team up with anchoring and drilling crews through ground engineering operations
- Be answerable for the shotcrete work carried out each day on your projects
- Hold the quality of every application steady, with sound concrete mixing and spraying technique
- Pass on practical skills to newer team members
- Keep safety awareness high across shotcrete operations
- Watch the condition of your equipment and do routine maintenance
- Adjust sensibly as site and environmental conditions shift, always within project safety, quality and operating procedures
- Cooperate with supervisors, operators and site colleagues so projects finish efficiently
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven professional background as a Shotcreter
- Experience running shotcrete machinery and related equipment
- Strong working knowledge of shotcrete application and concrete mixing
- A background in ground engineering, ground support or related construction environments
- Employment and technical history relevant to the role that you can demonstrate and verify
- Comfortable working alongside anchoring and drilling teams
- A demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety
- Nationally accredited OHS Card / White Card or equivalent
- Full driving licence
- Own reliable transport
- MR licence for line pump operations where applicable
- Able to cope with demanding site and environmental conditions while working as part of a team
- Able to pass a project-specific pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
- Relevant Australian work rights or eligibility for employer-sponsored employment
