Melbourne building maintenance crews need certified Rope Access Technicians, and this full-time trade role is a good fit if your IRATA or SPRAT ticket is current and your logbook is solid. The work covers high-access upkeep across Victoria: façade services, window cleaning, painting, caulking, glazing, inspections and remedial jobs.
Your certification level, logged hours and earlier site experience will shape the work you are offered. Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates, so Malaysians with the right credentials are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out rope access work to industry standards and site safety procedures, including safe use and upkeep of your rope access equipment
- Handle building maintenance and high-access tasks, from commercial window cleaning to painting and concrete repairs
- Do caulking, sealing and glazing, and help maintain façades
- Join façade inspections and remedial projects
- Spot site hazards and equipment problems early and report them
- Keep your work accurate and professional on every job
- Work well with supervisors and other people on site
- Take part in ongoing training and development
Requirements & Eligibility
- A current IRATA or SPRAT certificate, held at Level 1, 2 or 3
- At least 500 logged rope access hours if you are applying as a Level 1 candidate
- Current Construction White Card and current First Aid certification
- Verifiable hands-on rope access experience, plus evidence of your qualifications, tickets and work history
- Experience in window cleaning, painting, concrete repair, caulking or glazing is advantageous
- A strong safety mindset, good attention to detail and reliable attendance with a professional work ethic
- Australian driver's licence preferred
- Willing to complete extra training where required
- Available Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays
