This permanent aged care position in Sydney is for a Registered Nurse already working in Australia, someone who wants steadier, longer-term footing. The organisation is looking for a person ready to stay, so a minimum 2-year contract is part of the deal. Subclass 186 visa sponsorship is on offer to eligible candidates, subject to eligibility, employer requirements and visa criteria.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, caring, quality nursing for residents
- Assess residents, follow their continuing health conditions and respond when something shifts
- Write, use and review individual care plans
- Give medications and treatments according to clinical requirements
- Keep full, accurate clinical records
- Support residents' healthcare and wellbeing while protecting their dignity, independence and quality of life
- Work with care staff, doctors and allied health professionals, and talk openly with residents and families
- Keep care settings safe and respectful, following aged care, clinical and workplace safety standards

Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Currently working as a Registered Nurse in Australia; aged care experience is highly regarded
- Valid Australian working rights
- Sound clinical judgement and good communication
- Reliable, compassionate and professional in resident care
- Works well in a multidisciplinary team
- Keen to build a long-term career in regional NSW, with a minimum 2-year employment contract agreed
