Registered Nurses who enjoy aged care will find a clinically focused post with a residential provider in regional Western Australia. You would assess residents, work with GPs and allied health staff, and write and review care plans built around each person, while guiding care staff through the day.
The provider wants compassionate, motivated nurses with a real interest in aged care. The role is open to eligible Registered Nurses already residing in Australia, and visa sponsorship may be available for them.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess residents clinically and respond when their health or wellbeing changes.
- Draw up person-centred care plans with residents and their families, then carry them out and review them.
- Give medications and treatments to professional standards.
- Mentor, lead and advise care staff.
- Coordinate resident care with GPs, allied health professionals and outside providers.
- Keep clinical records and reports accurate and timely, and back up AN-ACC assessments.
- Meet the Aged Care Quality Standards, policies and best practice.
- Contribute to infection prevention, risk management and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- RN experience in aged care of 2+ years (or equivalent).
- Skilled in clinical assessment and care coordination, and able to guide staff on wound and diabetes management.
- A good grasp of medication systems.
- Communication, teamwork and problem-solving at an excellent level.
