In Dubbo, a values-driven not-for-profit that runs aged care homes, home care and retirement villages across NSW wants an enthusiastic, motivated Registered Nurse for a part-time position in one of its homes. The work centres on person-centred care and top-quality clinical service for older people, and a seasoned, engaged leadership and corporate support team stands behind the nurses.

Key Responsibilities
- Give residents of an aged care home excellent, person-centred clinical care.
- Look after the everyday clinical needs of senior members of the community.
- Care for residents living with dementia.
- Work a mix of shifts on different days within the care team.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- A working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Post-graduate applications are welcome.
- Experience with, or a willingness to gain experience with, residents who have dementia, plus an affinity for this care.
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills, and a highly motivated Team player.
- Flexible availability for various shifts across various days.
- Vaccinated in accordance with the organisation's Immunisation and Vaccination Policy, including proof of the required doses of a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine and annual influenza.
- Willing to complete a National Criminal History Check and a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment.
