Key Responsibilities
- Do rail and track construction, maintenance and project work
- Use proven rail industry skills on assigned works, completing track work to project specifications and safety requirements
- Work with rail crews, supervisors and other site personnel
- Follow rail safety procedures and workplace requirements, and keep professional standards across every project activity
- Travel to different project sites when required
- Use your rail competencies and qualifications appropriately, including Thermit Welding where you are suitably qualified
- Keep accurate information about your skills, experience and competencies
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hands-on experience in rail and track work
- A current KLE Profile and relevant rail industry competencies
- Thermit Welding competency is advantageous
- Able to demonstrate genuine, verifiable industry experience
- Relevant qualifications, licences, tickets or certifications
- Strong understanding of rail safety and site procedures
- Reliable and adaptable approach to project-based work, with the ability to travel when required
