Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Pasta Chef
- Solid background in fresh pasta and Italian cuisine, with good knowledge of Italian cooking techniques
- Confidence preparing traditional Italian sauces and pasta dishes
- A high standard of quality, consistency and presentation
- Ability to run the pasta section efficiently during busy service
- Reliable and organised, passionate about Italian food, and comfortable in a busy restaurant environment
