Key Responsibilities
- Run housekeeping day to day and own the team's performance
- Plan daily workloads and hand out tasks according to operational priorities
- Lead team briefings and set out service expectations clearly
- Make sure every room is guest-ready and up to standard before arrival

Requirements & Eligibility
- You can show real experience managing hotel housekeeping operations
- Experience as a Housekeeping Manager or a senior housekeeping professional is highly regarded
- You have a record of supervising, coordinating and motivating housekeeping teams
- You know hotel room standards and what guests expect
- Hands-on experience that genuinely matches the position
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, plus excellent organisation and time management
- You can balance competing priorities in a busy hotel environment and solve operational problems with confidence
- Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements, with a firm commitment to compliance and professional standards
- Understanding of annualised budgets and operational costs
- Professional presentation and a service-focused attitude
