Home Care Employees are wanted by a national home care provider expanding in Mandurah, Western Australia. The service covers community nursing, disability support and aged care, available 24/7 to individuals, families and communities.
It is a contract role with a mix of shifts, including active nights, giving care in clients' homes so they keep their independence, dignity and quality of life. Nursing or home care experience is preferred but not essential, and visa sponsorship is offered for qualified overseas candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Give clinical care in clients' homes
- Give personal care in clients' homes

Requirements & Eligibility
- Driver's Licence (current) and a reliable vehicle
- National Criminal History Check (current)
- Nursing Registration (if applicable)
- First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy
- Confidence with digital systems for care notes & communication
- Experience in nursing or home care (preferred but not essential)
