Motel rooms, cabins and powered campsites make up a well-established holiday park that is looking for an Assistant Manager. Guests arrive from New Zealand and around the world, and the park is at its busiest in summer.
The job is hands-on and varied, working beside the management team while you pick up how each part of a holiday park runs. Previous management experience is not needed: the business is happy to train the right person, and there is a genuine route into a management role. Potential work visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests at check-in and see them off at check-out
- Handle guest enquiries by phone, email and face to face, and help guests enjoy their stay
- Support bookings that arrive through online booking platforms, while learning occupancy, pricing and online booking management
- Pitch in on cleaning, maintenance and keeping the property presentable
- Check that rooms, cabins, campsites and facilities look their best
- Assist with swimming pool and hot pool operations
- Coordinate daily tasks alongside team members
- Help with basic administration and office work

- Calm and positive when things get busy
