General Manager

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Wellington, New Zealand · Full-Time · $25/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored

A new lodging and lifestyle property in Wellington needs a general manager who can run it from the first day. You would own the whole operation, set the service standards and turn a group of department heads into one steady team.

The right person has led hotels or similar properties before and can point to real business results, not only job titles. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate, and overseas applicants with verified hospitality experience are encouraged to apply.

Before you apply, put your property leadership on paper: the sites you have opened, the departments you have managed and the guest outcomes you have driven. A clear English CV helps, and you can shape a Wellington hotel general manager CV with Build AI CV to get it done.
