Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality garden maintenance for homes and commercial properties
- Carry out horticulture work such as pruning, hedging, weeding, planting and plant health management
- Keep gardens at a premium standard through close attention to detail and ongoing improvements
- Lead and support the crew so each day runs efficiently
- Pass on horticulture knowledge to junior team members and apprentices

Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated experience in horticulture, garden maintenance or landscaping
- Relevant horticulture qualification or strong industry experience
- Able to manage garden maintenance tasks independently with confidence
- Team experience, including supporting others in a leadership capacity
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- Reliable, honest and committed attitude to work, with excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good organisation and time management
- Comfortable using hand tools, machinery and industry equipment
- Current manual driver’s licence
