The role also takes in assembling and testing electrical equipment, tracing faults and industrial installation and maintenance work. Experience from oil and gas, mining, construction or industrial maintenance is encouraged, and if you come from a related industry you can discuss your suitability with the employer. Requirements & Eligibility
- A qualified Electrical Fitter
- Experience across the assembly, fitting, testing and fault finding of electrical equipment
- Experience in electric motor repairs, maintenance or rewinding, or else hands-on work with hazardous-area or flameproof equipment, where previous motor rewinding or flameproof experience is highly regarded
