A well-established construction crew in Western Australia is after a Concreter who can finish concrete and run machinery on projects of different kinds around Perth. A dependable work history, versatility and safe habits matter as much as skill with the trowel.

Key Responsibilities
- Finish concrete across different construction projects, preparing, levelling and smoothing surfaces to what each project calls for
- Run excavators, skid steers and other relevant construction equipment
- Lend a hand with general civil and construction activities when required
- Adapt to changing project sites, tasks and working conditions
- Pull your weight as part of a construction team and finish assigned work within project timeframes
- Follow site safety procedures and the workplace standards required
- Keep workmanship consistent, with close attention to detail
- Leave equipment and work areas in a safe, orderly state
- Attend required medicals and drug and alcohol tests
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years working in concrete finishing
- Hands-on construction experience that is demonstrated and verifiable
- WA HR Class Driver Licence
- Current Construction White Card
- Experience running excavators, skid steers or similar machinery, plus relevant machine tickets or a willingness to get them
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a 2:1 roster
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical
- Able to satisfy regular drug and alcohol testing requirements
- Strong safety awareness and professional work habits
- Reliable and adaptable when project requirements change
