A boutique aged and community care provider is hiring a Community Registered Nurse for its team in Darwin, NT. The service supports clients across regional Australia with care tailored to each person.
Here is what the job involves. You assess clients, plan their care, look after wounds, give and chart medication, and help with personal care. You keep good records and act as an advocate for the people you support. A multidisciplinary team works with you, and senior clinicians offer mentoring.
The provider can offer onshore sponsorship and a pathway to Permanent Residency for the right candidates, so it is meant for nurses who are already in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients by looking at their social, emotional, physical and environmental needs
- Plan care that is clinically appropriate, including wound management
- Keep clear documentation
- Give medication and chart it
- Help residents with personal care
- Act as an advocate for clients and give a premium level of care and support
Requirements & Eligibility
- Relevant degree qualification
- Current General Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Current Australian driver's licence, and also a Current National Criminal History Check
